In cases of no-shows, late cancellations, chargebacks, repeated time-wasting, misconduct, property damage, or serious violations of agreed rules, deposits may be forfeited and additional fees may be charged unto 3 times the cost of the session, where previously disclosed, contractually agreed, and permitted by applicable law.
